Descripition:
This Machine used to produce PVC insulation tape Log rolls.The main structures are unwinder , coater, drying ovens, cooling roller unit, rewinder, frame, duct, electrical system.

 

Features:
1. Different coating methods feasible to suit different processes like water base and solvent base glue,
the coating weight can be precisely controlled.
2. Multi-section low tension controls the running of film, can minimize the contractibility of film.
3. Suitable for drying system of different heating sources, the temperature of oven
can be segmental controlled precisely. 
4. EPC device automatically corrects the deviation of film edge, can guarantee the edge neat
when coating and rewinding.
5. Surface rewinding method for rewinder, equip with film accumulator, can splice film and rewind set length
without stopping machine, high production efficiency.

4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We will provide instructions and installation videos. If the Buyer needs engineers to install in the local area, the buyer should pay USD150  per day for subsidy of engineers and afford the charge of daliy life(including the daliy meal ,traffic and hotel) in the locus of buyer and return tickets from China to User's factory.

5. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us . And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

6. How long is your machine's warranty period?
Seller warrants the products for 13 months from the B/L date.
