Descripition:
This Machine used to produce PE protective film jumbo rolls.The main structures are unwinder , coater, drying ovens, cooling roller unit, rewinder, frame, duct, electrical system.
Features:
1. The coating head can be applied by blade coating or anilox roller according to user requirements.
2. The drying box is arranged in a flat or bridge arch structure, and the crawler conveys the base material.
3. Multi-stage temperature control is adopted, and the temperature of each section of the oven is precisely controlled according to the process requirements.
4. Tension section control, low tension operation, control of the minimum shrinkage of the substrate, frequency conversion speed regulation, and multi-point synchronous controller to control the synchronous operation of the whole machine.
5. Adopt EPC rectifier to ensure neat edges of coating and finished products.
6. The rewinding and unwinding is equipped with a film splicing mechanism, which can realize non-stop film splicing and non-stop fixed-length rewinding and rewinding, with high production efficiency.
