Description:
Egg tray machine is an environmental protection equipment. It can be used to make egg boxes, paper egg trays, fruit trays, industrial trays, etc. The material is waste paper, which can help you save costs.
1. Paper egg tray machine is used to make moulded pulp products from waste paper, such as egg trays, egg boxes/boxes.
2. The whole production line includes pulping system + egg tray forming system + egg tray drying system + egg tray packaging system.
3. The raw materials use general waste paper, such as old books, only newspapers.
4. The forming machine part is an 8-sided drum with 3, 4 or 6 molds on each side. So there are 24, 32, 48 dies and others have 3, 4, 6 transfer dies. Mould material can be plastic or aluminium according to buyer's request.

6. This production line is equipped with equipment to produce 30 grid egg trays. 2.  What's payment terms you accept?
The buyer make the 30% deposit, the 70% balance will be paid by TT within 7 days before delivery or the buyer open 100% irrevocable L/C at sight as the appointed bank of the seller.

3. What's the delivery time?
The seller will arrange shipment within 90 working days once confirm the order.

4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We will provide instructions and installation videos. If the Buyer needs engineers to install in the local area, the buyer should pay USD150 per day for subsidy of engineers and afford the charge of daily life(including the daily meal, traffic and hotel) in the locus of buyer and return tickets from China to User's factory.

5. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just learn some basic thing. And we will sent you manual and video, we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself, and if there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

6. How long is your machine's warranty period?
Seller warrants the products for 13 months from the B/L date.
