1. Two pcs is match with touch screen PID auto feed back,Filter pressure,pump front over pressure alert and auto stop machine,auto adjust screw speed.
2. Integrated extruder cycle cooling water pipe, each extruder one water inlet , one water outlet. Extruder water inlet equip Y type filter,equip extra way easy for clean filter non-stop machine. Cooling water tank equip seperate water inlet and out let.
3. Water tank inside yarn guider roller ceramic spraying deal,  comb roller  Glazed ceramic casing ,Wear-resisting, not easy to make scale, change convenient.
4.The system adopts PLC centralized control, and is equipped with color display screen. The whole machine has synchronous rise and fall speed linkage, emergency stop, over voltage and over temperature protection function. Line speed / roll ratio, control requirements, overspeed stop.
