Features:

1. The oven adopts a high-efficiency centrifugal fan and is equipped with an air flow rectification device, which makes the drying uniformity of the surface coating of the substrate higher and the drying efficiency higher.

2. The impregnation process is equipped with a high-efficiency air-floating oven, which has high drying rate, uniform drying, good product surface quality, convenient operation, maintenance and cleaning. There is no idler in the oven, which reduces the possibility of broken ends;

3. The tension is controlled in sections, using the frequency conversion speed regulation system, the rewinding and unwinding are controlled by vector frequency conversion, the rewinding can be set with multi-taper tension, and the multi-point synchronous controller is used to control the synchronous operation of the whole machine;

4. Adopt EPC rectifier to ensure neat edges of finished products;

5. The impregnation coating process is equipped with a large conditioning dryer to ensure the flatness and moisture uniformity of the substrate;

6. The rewinding and unwinding are equipped with a film splicing mechanism, which can realize non-stop paper splicing and high production efficiency;

4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We will provide instructions and installation videos. If the Buyer needs engineers to install in the local area, the buyer should pay USD150  per day for subsidy of engineers and afford the charge of daliy life(including the daliy meal ,traffic and hotel) in the locus of buyer and return tickets from China to User's factory.

5. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us . And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
